Build your station → attraction chain
How to read the result
Step 1 — long rail
The high-rail leg that brings you into Guizhou. Times are real: G-line from Guangzhou to Guiyang North is about 4 hours; Shanghai Hongqiao to Guiyang North is about 8 hours via the Shanghai-Kunming HSR.
Step 2 — local transit
The transfer at your arrival station. Kaili South has direct tourist buses to 西江千户苗寨 (Xijiang Miao village); Tongren has frequent buses to the Fanjing base. We give you the realistic times and a Plan-B taxi option.
Step 3 — attraction
The final destination. Each result links the attraction back to your interest (nature / ethnic / UNESCO / city) and tells you what to do if the day's window is tight.
What this tool can't tell you
- Same-day train availability. Always book G-line tickets 1–7 days ahead in peak season; the last seats sell out fast.
- Whether the tourist bus at your destination is running. Kaili → Xijiang tourist shuttle is reliable but occasionally suspended for road works.
- English signage. Outside Guiyang and Anshun stations, English is sparse. Have the Chinese name (or its pinyin) ready to show the taxi driver.
- Whether the attraction's ticket window is still open when you arrive. Most close ticket sales 60–90 minutes before the park's last entry.
- Real-time taxi / Didi (滴滴) availability at smaller stations like Zhenyuan. Off-peak, the queue can be 30 minutes.
